Kardia Café’s hummus is both inspired and simple to make at home.
Here’s how to do it.
The Best Hummus
|Canned Garbanzo Beans
|Fresh Lemon Juice
|Whole Garlic Cloves
|Kosher Coarse Salt
||1 1/2 tsp
|Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Take the garbanzo beans (aka chick peas), drain them, and rinse them.
Put the rinsed garbanzos in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend into a coarse paste.
